Are you ready - What You Will Do: - Support the team in the preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators. - Coach teams in the practices and mindset of Lean - Agile. - Provide input on resources to address critical bottlenecks. - Foster collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineers. - Work with product and solution management, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are in sync. - Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps. - Facilitate system and solution demos.
