Job Description
A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims, and government program interviews.

Technical Skills

  1. High school graduate
  2. English Level: 90% or above

Requirements

  1. Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
  2. Advanced English - level C1 or higher.
  3. High-speed internet access with a minimum of 10 Mbps.
  4. Access to a quiet workspace.
